Environmental Training for Managing Head

A comprehensive one (1) day seminar designed to introduce the whole range of environmental laws in the Philippines.

This course is ideal for Executive Officers, Managing Head, Business People, NGO workers, Policymakers, Local Government Personnel, students and other individuals who would like to know the core concepts and rudiments of the different environmental laws in the Philippines, as well as their modes of implementation

Course Objective:

v  Understanding of the environmental significance of their operations, with particular respect to your business.

v  Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations that affect your company’s operations

v  Knowledge of compliance requirements and introduction to government enforcement measures and methods.

·         Republic Act No. 9003: Ecological Solid Waste Management Act

·         DENR Administrative Order 2014-02: Revised Guidelines for PCO Accreditation
